HotDot provides a property listing aggregation service that helps users discover real estate listings from various sources across Australia. Our service is currently in beta and is subject to ongoing development and improvements.

• Property availability and details may change without notice
• Listings are provided for informational purposes only
• We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party listings

5. Beta Service

HotDot is currently in beta. This means:

• The service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• Service availability and performance are not guaranteed
• We may reset or modify user data during the beta period

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HotDot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by HotDot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HotDot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to HotDot at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
